Term 1
Best Photo
The best photo that I photographed is a photo of a hummingbird, that I photographed during summer vacation. The location that I photographed this photo was at my house. I love how the photo has a feeling of flight of the hummingbird's wings in the photo. The composition in this photo is very strong. In the photo there is texture of the bird's feathers and line in the stems of the flowers. I also set the camera to a low shutter speed to get the flight effect of the wings in the photo.
This photo is important to me because I love to photograph hummingbirds and nature. I also learned that photographing a hummingbird is very hard because they are very fast. I love how the hummingbird's wings in this photo gives a feeling of flight.
If I could recreate and improve this photo, I would try to focus on the birds head instead of focusing on the flowers and position the camera faster.

Color
In these photos, I hoped to capture color. I photographed cars, butterflies and leafs with a crab apple. I photographed these photos at different angles. I photographed these photos at a car show, and my backyard. The colors are captured natural. The color schemes of the photos are vibrant colors. The photos have primary and secondary colors. The color is the most important part of the photo because the colors are bright and vibrant. I changed the vibrance and hue and saturation of the photo.
Pinhole Camera
Camera obscura is a dark chamber and consisted of small darkened rooms with light admitted through a single tiny hole. In order to create, expose, and process a pin hole camera image I had to make a hole in a small square can to allow light to go on to the light sensitive paper and this makes the aperture of the pinhole camera. The items I used was a small square can, tape , light sensitive paper to go inside the camera. In order to create the aperture of my pinhole camera I had to determine the size of the needle hole. The shutter depends on the length of time of hole may open from the pinhole of the camera. The focal length is the distance from the lens to sensor paper. I placed my camera on a railing in the front of the school. My exposure time was 6 days. The light source for the exposure was the sun. After taking down the camera and seeing the results, the image appeared to be very clear appearance to the light sensitive paper. I put my pinhole light sensitive paper into the scanner , and then I had to scan the paper. Then I sent the photo to my email. After sending it to my email. I had to edit the photo by adjusting the curves and lighting of the photo in Photoshop. Then I inverted the photo to get a blue color of the image. Then I edited the photo to black and white photo. I was surprised of my results because the photo was so clear and in the photo it looks like a person is in the image. If I could re-do this process, I would position the camera at a different angle.

Pinhole Camera at home
I placed my pinhole camera on my deck at my house and I placed my pinhole camera on my front door in front of my house . I left each pinhole camera out for 7 days. The light and location and time impacts my results because the image of the pinhole camera is clear. My pinhole camera out of school is clearer and shows the light source more than my school pinhole camera. I love the outside of school images better than the in school images because of the railing in each image outside of school.
